These terms cover your use of NextNine. By using the app, you agree to them. They are written plainly on purpose.
The service
NextNine is a golf scoring app, currently in a free, invite-only alpha. Features may change, break, or be removed as we build. We provide the app as-is, without warranties, and it is not a substitute for official scoring or handicap records.
Your account
You may use NextNine as a guest or with a Google account. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your Google sign-in secure. Do not use the app to break the law or to disrupt the service for others.
Your data
Your rounds are yours. You can export them at any time and delete your account at any time from Settings. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes and availability
Because NextNine is in active development, we may add, change, or discontinue features and may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextNine is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. The app is provided without warranty of any kind.
